Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, downloading, or using any mod, product, or service offered by D7 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the following terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our products.

1. Digital products & delivery

All products are digital DayZ server mods delivered manually through our Discord after a payment is verified. Delivery is not automatic. You are responsible for opening a support ticket and providing your payment transaction ID and Discord details so we can deliver your product.

2. Refund policy — 3-day window

You may request a refund within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase by opening a support ticket on Discord. Requests made within this window are reviewed and granted at our reasonable discretion. After 3 days from the time of purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable — including accidental purchase, change of mind, or a server you no longer run.

Once a refund is issued, your license and any access granted are immediately and permanently revoked, and you must stop using and delete the product and all associated files. Refunds are returned only to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where the window has been abused (for example, repeated buy-and-refund activity), or in cases of suspected fraud or any violation of these terms.

3. License & usage

A purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mod on the server(s) covered by your license. You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, rent, lease, publish, leak, decompile, or reverse-engineer any of our mods or files, in whole or in part. Any violation results in immediate termination of your license without refund, and may be pursued to the fullest extent available to us.

One license = one server IP. Each license is bound to a single server IP address. You may not transfer, sell, gift, lend, or hand your license to anyone else, or use it on more than one IP. If you need to change your server IP, you must open a support ticket to request the change — do not attempt to move, share, or reuse the license yourself. Using a license on an unauthorized IP will cause it to stop working and may result in permanent revocation without refund.

No tampering. You may not tamper with, modify, patch, crack, bypass, emulate, or interfere with the mod, its license verification, its files, or any protection system, nor attempt to make it run without a valid license. Any such attempt immediately and permanently voids your license without refund and may be reported.

4. Chargebacks & fraud

If you have a problem with a purchase, use the 3-day refund process above — do not open a chargeback or payment dispute. Initiating a chargeback, dispute, or reversal will result in the immediate and permanent revocation of all licenses and access tied to your account, forfeiture of any refund, and a permanent ban from all our products and services. Fraudulent, unauthorized, or stolen-payment purchases are void, will be revoked without refund, and may be reported.

5. Payments & your information

You confirm that you are legally permitted to make the purchase, that the payment method used is yours and authorized, and that the information you provide for delivery (including Discord and contact details) is accurate. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to purchase. Prices are shown in USD and any taxes or fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.

6. No warranty & limitation of liability

All products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that a mod will be error-free, compatible with every other mod, or suitable for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible or liable for any server issues, downtime, crashes, data loss, lost items, wiped characters, corrupted saves, performance problems, conflicts with other mods, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the installation or use of our products. You install and run our mods at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own server backups. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of our products, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

8. Support

Support is provided at our discretion through Discord. We aim to help with genuine issues in our own mods, but we do not provide general server hosting, configuration, or troubleshooting for unrelated software.

9. Availability, changes & discontinuation

We may add, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any product, feature, price, or service at any time without prior notice or liability, and we are not obligated to maintain, update, or continue support for any product. These terms may also be changed at any time; the version published on this page is the one in effect, and continued use after any change means you accept the updated terms.

10. Coupons & promotions

Discount codes and promotions are optional and provided at our discretion. They may be limited, changed, or withdrawn at any time, hold no cash value, cannot be applied to past orders, and cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.

11. Third parties

We are an independent creator and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bohemia Interactive, Valve, Steam, PayPal, or Discord. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

12. Severability & entire agreement

If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in full effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our products and supersede any prior understanding.
